The tenants / Society of Occupants of Buildings act as a Developer under whom various agencies work to achieve the Goal of Redevelopment of the Society building/s. Self Redevelopment can be achieved either through Building Contractors or through reputed Developers acting as Contractors.

(1) Hand-hold the Society from inception to completion of Redevelopment.
(2) Study the data provided by the Society.
(3) Survey of the Society.
(4) Procurement of documents and data remaining balance post provision of data by Society, from the concerned Govt Departments.
